Remember. It could be worse. And it’s rarely as bad as you believe it to be.
Unless, of course, you’re being chased by a dinosaur. It doesn’t really get any worse than that.

Last year, I entered my thirties. Yet, I feel no more an adult than I did when I was 16. Sometimes I need some reminders on how to be a grown-up. I keep them here. As Steinbeck wrote, “I set this matter down not to instruct others but to inform myself.”
